Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Germany:

- Express Shipping: €9.99 — faster delivery
EU & Worldwide:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our Track Order page.
Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the EU, customs and import duties may be applied once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
